Riro ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Riro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. Note: All permissions that access sensitive device features (Camera, Microphone, Storage) are requested at runtime with a clear explanation. You can deny or revoke any permission at any time via your device's Settings. Denying a permission will only disable the specific feature that requires it — all other features will continue to work normally.

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Riro provides a full account deletion option directly within the App.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Riro app and navigate to Settings.
  2. Tap "Account" or "Profile".
  3. Tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you have an active Premium subscription, please cancel it through Google Play before deleting your account to avoid further charges.

Riro is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification.
